Blitz is exuberant, high energy, willing and able. He’d rather work than eat, and he’d gladly step up to the start line with a stranger, if that meant he’d get to work sooner. He’s an exceptional therapy dog, part of Cottage Hospital’s Pet Assisted Therapy program. He can con withdrawn patients into responding and talking, and he can calmly accept the awkward advances of the disabled or very young children. In agility, he knocks bars routinely, and it may be years before we earn out way out of Excellent A.
