CPDT CEU’s Available
Good news for all of you with CPDT certifications and looking for fun ways to obtain your continuing education hours. Goleta Valley Dog Club’s weekend of Agility Seminars with Sandy Rogers has been approved for 22 ceu’s for CPDT-KA’s, 11 per day. I need to know in advance if you are attending for ceu’s, please email me privately at email@example.com
I believe all of the working spots in these seminars have filled, however, auditing will also qualify for continuing education units. Auditing spots per day will be $60/GVDC members, and $75/non-members.
Information about the seminars that GVDC is hosting with Sandy Rogers can be found on the CCPDT website: http://www.ccpdt.org/index.php?option=com_ceu&task=detail&ceuid=681
Plan to join us, this will be a wonderful weekend of learning with Sandy!
Saturday, Nov. 19 Adv./Masters Handling
Teams must have a title an Adv. Standard or Jumpers and/or be competing in Exc. A in at least one class.
Sunday, Nov. 20
Morning session: Starters/Adv. Handling
Teams should have the skills needed to be able to compete.
Afternoon session: FIGJAM
Teams need to have their ADCH or MACH or have that title on a previous dog with the present dog having it’s MX/MXJ or MAD.
Seminars are limited to 10 working spots. Working spots will be $175 for club members for Saturday ($200 for non-members) and Sunday’s seminars will be $90 each ($100 for non-members). I’ll have auditing costs soon, as well as times (but you can guess an earlier start will be needed with limited fall daylight). 🙂 If you have any questions about what level you’d best benefit from, please ask me.
